Methinks that would make it way, way over powered/cost. Now if you made a schematic that made 'spolsive nuka shells, that would make more sense. Maybe two types; shotshell, a kinda explosive pellets, poor gainst hardened armour. And sabot slugs that could be armour piercing high exlosive. With nuka explosions. Nary a clue how that would be done, just throwing spaghetti against the wall.
Obviously the damage should be stepped down due to limitations of smaller calibre. If you wanna be picky.
