   I have ported this Coat Texture to Fallout new Vegas, it replaces the US Army General's Outfit in the Lonesome Road DLC, full credit to NibXD for making such a wonderful retexture.

   This does not work, the coat is still the original color. Give us instructions please. Mod doesn't work.

    i would make this my self but unfortunatly my geck is having a fun time deleting everything i try to do. so i would be grateful if someone could continue my what was going to be project of creating clothing and weapons for Bleach.
