This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
There are a few other mods out there that make Colonel Autumn's coat darker, but none of them seemed to make it black.
This one does exactly that.
Note: This works for both males and females.
Installation: Unzip the Data folder into your Fallout 3 folder.
