Found at Moira's Craterside Supply (after of course you add the ESP, meshes and textures, and check box the ESP in FOMM!) (gonna add several other places as well)

For those that want just plain generic MRE bags, extract MREtextureGeneric.dds from MRE Generic Texture.rar, rename it to MRE Texture, and overwrite the one you have in the textures\food\MRE folder.
