Brilliant idea. Im glad you didnt just bump up their armour ratings and ace the effects the armour gave you. I think that changing them to fit the armour (Merc Charmer +barter and speech) was an excellent idea. I always liked these kits alot too but they almost seemed pointless when you could wear heavier armour or raider armour that didnt look quite as cool but protected you better. Anyhow, nicely done.
I didn't upload screen shots of this mod because it does not change the way anything looks in the game. All it does is change the stats of the armor, and I included all the changes I made in the description.

BTW, where is a good place to find these armors in the game and at what level do they start appearing as loot?
