This Mod improves the "Merc Outfits". I always liked the look of these armors, but found them too weak (weaker than Raider Armor) by the time I found them in any quantity. None of the other mods I found that modified the Merc Outfits did everything I wanted, or the way I wanted. So I decided to improve them myself.
This Mod takes the Merc Outfits from Clothing to actual Armor.
What this mod DOES NOT do

This mod DOES NOT change the appearance of the Merc armors.
What this mod DOES do
--------------------------------------
This mod does the following:
Weight of all "Merc" armors changed from "8" to "6"
Added to Repair List :
+ Merc Grunt (Was left off the list by Bethesda for some reason.)
+ All unique types
+ Leather Armor (They are mostly leather anyway.)
+ Leather Belt (see above)
+ Brahmin-Skin Outfit (What is Brahmin-Skin? A Leather like substance, with two heads...)
+ Wasteland Wanderer Outfit (Merc Outfits also have cloth parts.)
Merc Adventurer, Charmer, Cruiser, Troublemaker HEALTH and AR increased to 125/20 respectively (Grunt was not changed from 100/12 since it's a tee-shirt and jeans).
Merc Veteran HEALTH and AR increased to 133 and 21
Wasteland Legend Outfit HEALTH and AR increased to 150 and 22
Buffs redone and individualized:
+ Adventurer: +3 Repair, +3 Small Guns
+ Charmer: +3 Speech, +3 Barter
+ Cruiser: +3 Small Guns, +3 Sneak
+ Grunt: +3 Melee, +3 Small Guns
+ Troublemaker: +3 Lockpick, +3 Sneak
+ Veteran: +3 Small Guns, +3 Repair, +3 Sneak
+ Legend: +3 Small Guns, +3 Repair, +3 Sneak, +3 Melee

A slight change. I lowered the AR of the regular outfits to 18 (from 20), and the AR of the Veteran to 20 (from 21). This creates a little separation between the types. There is also a small, "under-the-hood" change, but you shouldn't see it in game play, so I won't tell you what it is. I've left the original version just in case you prefer that one.
