I have to agree with gsmanners here. The only way to get the skill books without cheating is fight your way through crazy stuff. If you can take on an entire building of SMs at level 4 for a skill book you must be on very easy or something. Also the only way I see maxing them at level 4 is by using the console to drop them in your inventory or running around with a marked map trying to find them all before you are 10. I would say then why bother playing the game at all if you want to uber and done with it that fast.....LOL
In my defense, I think people tend to severely underestimate how difficult it is to find skill books in the first place. Yes, you can theoretically max out your skills at level 4, but how are you going to acquire those books? I'll tell you: hidden in some back room behind the high-level missle-launcher wielding raiders or behind the mirelurk hunters or behind the packs of Yao Guai that are just itching to rip apart your low-skilled self.
It makes sense to me to use this mod because what else is Moira going to do with all that information? She should at least sell it so that people can use it, right?
First comment.Nice mod u got there.I will not overuse it because it will be like a cheat.It would be nice though if u had the books cost a lot more like 400 per book or maybe more.The rariest book should cost a lot.I will raise a few stats and thats all.Nice one though

I personally like this concept, but it doesn't seem to work for me.
