sorry if I'm wasting your time, but I'm having a strange glitch on my hands, whenever I try to enter my Chimera, the game warps me to a patch of wasteland under the floor, and I can't exit or move by any means other than reloading a save file, if anyone has a fix, please show me!
That is a rather strange glitch! O.O Do you have FOSE properly installed, and are you using it to start your game? Also, are you using any mods that alter/change the first person camera?
That sounds like an issue with FOSE (Fallout Script Extender). Do you have that installed, and if so, are you starting your game through FOSE (clicking the Start/Launch with FOSE button on your mod manager, or using the FOSE.exe)? Also, is your Fallout 3 game installed in the default (Program Files) location?

No. Since the resources for the Chimera Tank are not in the New Vegas game, you would have to port them from FO3, then redo all of the scripting using NVSE. Since Bethesda forbids the porting of resources between games, you would only be able to do it for your own use.
one thing is it possible to make the driveable chimera without TTW for new vegas
Thanks so i guess i cant do it the easy way so how do i port it for myself or should i just buy fallout 3 goty?
You are going to need a copy of FO3 GOTY to be able to have the meshes, textures and animations for the tank to port to FNV. You will also need a manually downloaded copy of this mod, so as to have an idea of how the scripting was done, so you have something to base your NVSE script on. Unless you are already familiar with FOSE and/or NVSE, this is going to be quite the "learning curve" to finish. I suggest checking out the tutorials that the Nexus has to offer, as well as do some searching on the internet for help. I have minimal experience with scripting, and absolutely no experience with either FOSE or NVSE, so, unfortunately, I cannot offer any assistance.
so this isnt good also do they monitor that anymore and i can give someone an account to post it for like 3 minutes for me to download since i dont have time and i dont want to break the world by getting TTW any way thanks

How do I get inside of the tank, because I am prompted to a dialogue with no option to enter the tank or put it in my inventory?
Please reply!
That sounds like there is something interfering/overriding NPC dialogue. Are you using any mods that affect NPC dialogue options in your game, like, perhaps, JIP Command and Control? If so, try moving the ESP file for this, below JIP, and see what happens.

Best of luck with the project!
