Just a couple of thoughts and doubts, BTW. I have the food sanitizer, but the drinks and food don't change the HP and the RADs points. A Nuka Cola (nice touch decreasing the ridiculous value of her!) have +5 RAD and +20 HP. Food Sanitizer shouldn't lower the RADs and higher the HP, wich don't occour?
Also, when you take RAD-X the RAD level of the foods and beverages don't decrease, only the enviromental RADs (water, soil, etc). I think that if you had a medicine to fight against radiation, it should work on food too. Or Am I wrong? Eather way, very nice mod, highly recommended for those like me who never played Fallout 2 and wander what the hell all the older fans were ranting about FO3. Now I known. ">

Having played the game with XFO and this Mod on different occasions, i have to say that its a nice medium between XFO and Vanilla. If you want to play as though, every single fight might be your last, and every bullet counts, and you rations yourself enough Mole Rat meat to heal cause you almost die every fight (and loving every minute of it) try XFO. If you want something more challenging than Vanilla, but not insane, try WTTW! Thats my opinion anyway.
I've been using this for a while, and the idea behind it is very good. It really does help to give you the illusion that you are playing in a harsher world where the odds are against you. The weapon module is good as well, but I just don't care for it. Especially removal of the Energy Weapons for Long Guns.
However, what really brings it down is the increased radiation effects. Water is now virtually impossible to navigate because of the 27 rads per second you get in it. I know you should get a lot, but that's pushing it. I was also killed within less than a quarter of a second, just peering into the room with the GECK in it. The final straw came when I contracted over 750 rads in less than a half second from a Glowing One's radiation burst attack. It's good, but I just can't put up with it anymore.

An awesome enhancement to the vanilla game. Heavily recommended for a first playtrough if you are familiar with the Fallout series.

Nice work...have used this for my 2nd playthrough and it's been great.
Definitely makes the game more of a challenge and that for me = more fun. I'm getting good at almost walking on water in order to avoid it.

best balance mod out there. actually adds to the feel of the game tremendousely. must have.
