Adds dialog to Doc Hoff that allows you to purchase the Psychotropic Dart Gun for 500 caps which fires Psychotropic Darts. The darts cause what ever is hit to frenzy. The dart gun comes with 5 darts. Doc Hoff will trade you additional darts for Psycho at a 1/1 ratio. Larger orders allow him to be more efficient, and save some of the Psycho that you traded which then goes into his inventory for purchase. There is no other source of Darts.
