I've spent over 150 hours between two characters using your mod, and I'm pleased to tell you that there's only a few things I would change. I would like there to be a longer delay before becoming hungry or thirsty, but then having to consume more once it happened. The most annoying thing is the blurring effect, which gives me a headache and is quite annoying in some situations when its unavoidable. Instead, perhaps you could instate harsher stat penalties for being tired (reduced perception and perhaps stealth - for being clumsy). Hydropureit isn't worth even picking up given that it only purifies one bottle. I'd rather it were more rare and purified 5+ bottles instead. I'm glad you're changing the bottle filling system in 8.2, getting rads every time I wanted to FILL a bottle was ridiculous. I'm also looking forward to being able to cook more items, like raider's soup, although the duration of the critical chance boost would be nice since 1% for 10 seconds is hardly worth even considering. It should last at least as long as the regular chems. Regeneration should definitely be much slower and influenced by factors such as endurance, hunger and tiredness. For realism, it would also work to have a few minutes of a delay between fighting and regenerating, and it should work while sneaking. The reason is that normally the body repairs itself only in a calm state, and hiding with enemies nearby would be a cheat. So one other boost to a relatively low regen rate could be sitting. In the game, its a seemingly pointless ability, but this mod could make it functional. Imagine slipping out of a battle barely alive and searching around for someplace to sit down (or sleep). Lastly, I'd like eating, or at least drinking, to be optionally automatic when you have food and water. That way it wouldn't be annoying if I need to drink every 10 minutes. Also, it might be interesting if hunger/thirst were incorporated into followers. It would make their auto-healing a little more balanced.
