This is a Re-Texture of Sputnik7's PreWarMoney mod. Many users were complaining that they wanted the texture to look older, and since i agree on this i decided to give it a shot at retexturing. I made both, clip and no clip textures, just choose the one you want to use and rename it to "prewarmoney.dds" (without the quotes).
To install just copy into your data folder, rename the texture of your choice and add the following line into the archiveinvalidation.txt in your data folder:
textures/clutter/junk/prewarmoney.dds
