I don't know if anyone checks this anymore, but I had it working fine but after installing survival of the fittest it went back down to 30 and won't show xp anymore? I was almost at level 31. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the mods to no avail. Now the xp bar just sits on 30. I have uninstalled survival of the fittest and reinstalled this mod along with the increased skill workaround.
i have just confirmed it lvl 99 will work fine, lvl 100 you wil have it use the ~ key and use advlevel without crashing. sorry folks it wont let me upload a pic for those DIYers out there using fo3edit. im guessing its hardwired for double digits only. but it should not be hard to fine, there only 1 file in the mod.
Am I supposed to be seeing the xp increase? I have it installed with the workaround for skills mod but the xp doesn't increase. I get xp pop ups after kills or clearing quests, but the bar itself stays on 30. It worked the first time I installed it but hasn't since (I had to remove survival of the fittest and reinstall).
load this last in the load order, sounds like there is a mod that is using the same file B.S. uses to raise the lvl limit. if this is loaded last it should override any other mod with the lvl 30 limit in it.
What I got from the comments: the mod tends to crash the game for some users when you're nearing level 100 and don't activate it before Broken Steel is activated on your character (let Broken Steel set the level cap to 30, save and quit, then activate the mod).

i will do that reach max level, then activate the mod, got it. i mean it make sence i think its an awesome mod to have the ability to reach level 100. level 30 is not enough you dont get 100 points on of your skills. but you can of allways course find skill books to get more points.
the issue i have had, all the way to 99 you are fine, but 1pt over the limit for 100 and it will crash, i always have to use the ~ adv.level to go from 99 to 100 with no crash. im going to set this to 99 and do a play through and see if that fixes it.
for some reason, when i hit level 90 and then try to select a perk and then confirm, the game freezes and i have to ctrl+alt+delete to get out of it. i tried selecting each and every one of the eight or so perks that i had left but i was stuck with the same results each time. i even tried downloading one of the perk packs here on nexus but it doesnt matter what perk i pick.
