In combination with mods increasing level cap, very useful tool to provide additional ways to extend you playthrough. No bugs or conflicts, I recommend.
If you use wasteland mastery and this but cannot raise your skills after all skills are at 100 here is a way to fix it: type in the console- player.ForceAV barter 80 - this will allow you to add 20 skill points to your level, as for some reason the game seems to only let you raise all skills to 100 (though you can raise a skill past that) For exxample with all skills at 100 except one that is at 80 you will be able to allote 20 skill points when you level up. Thus setting a skill at 80 will allow you to add more points and actually be able to fully benefit from Wasteland Mastery.
Also you do not need to lower Barter you can use any other skill if you like I simly dont see Barter as a to useful skill to have past 80.
Ive had a strange problem with Broken Steel after i went to level 21 and i chose the skills i want to level up and the perk. The game crashed lets hope this does something so i can avoid that.
