Just a small suggestion though: you should apply a 25% opacity layer (black) to the perk icons to make them "greyish", so as to look similar in intensity to the vanilla ones (as they are they look a bit bright in comparison).
great perks. one small thing: the perk "spirit of grognak" is available at level 20 even though i do not have unarmed/melee at the required 80 points. is it just based on one of the conditions (str6, un 80 OR mw 80), or all of them?
