Have you considered basing this off of the Mantis Zero Suit instead of a vault suit? Those are shiny texture by default, and you might have an easier time instead of trying to apply a latex texture to a cloth base.
Yeah i found that out when i created a new game with the G.I. Joe Theme in mind and was like "oh, so it doesnt replace it...WOOT!" Thanx now in my other saves the suit looks good on the Jessi Companion IMO
Sorry my delay, I'm out of connection at home by the time being. So Far I made a few changes in the lightmap, but it's too shabby for now, as for the companion it's almost done, I have to arrange some issues I'm having with a few conditions I wanted to put.
Now, I would like to ask you Riven, what did you mean with "non-replacer"? This mod currently does not replace anything, even if it uses textures and meshes from the default Vaultsuit, it doesn't replace any of the suits in game, so if your having a collection of suits or something of the sort, it won't replace any of them, rest asured.
Next time I will make a full customized equipment, her own weaponry, and now working on the stats she should have as companion, I'm glad that you liked it, I will have news soon =)
Anyway you can make a non-re placer? I am using sungos vault girls for the nightie on the chicks in my vault home and would love to have yours as a companion wear type thing. Looking forward to the companion by the way

About the latex texture, I have to work on a bit more, I know, but I had some issues with the _n.dds textures, I will find out soon how can I simulate latex texture, also, removing the other stuff of the Original Vault suit, plus correcting the lousy icon, look forward to it, and thanks for your commrnts.

But in comic books her suit was black with dark blueish hue, not grey.
