Could you make the trailer in the F. Scott Key Campground (near the Dunwich Building, lower-left corner of the map) a home? I use it right now as a home with no mods for it or anything but I'm scared shitless my stuff is going to get stolen somehow. It's got a bed, a box inside, a toolkit just outside, and a bench in it. Perfect scrappy home.
Great idea but the houses are all too clustered around Megaton. If you're still doing them, it'd be great to see just a sleeping roll and some bottled water laying about near Canterbury Commons or somewhat closer to Raven Rock.
It seems like a great idea but why are the 'homes' all so near Megaton. You get a house in Megaton for free already. My suggestion is to place some extra accomadations out and about in the wilderness where the wandering wayfarer may need a place to sack out. I like to use a mod that disallows fast travel. Man, I need some extra little refuges.
Hmm how about a home in one of those stripped down cars (the ones with the missing door and the seats and stuff inside removed) Perhaps slightly fortified with some sandbags or sheet metal. You could use the bed by clicking on it through the open door or a window, the containers could maybe be placed in the trunk...
