Lets you turn that sawed-off shotgun into one that fires both barrels at once.

My first mod for release. Adds a schematic (to Moira's inventory) that lets you turn a sawed-off shotgun into a "both barrels" shotgun. The both barrels shotgun fires (duh) both barrels at once, providing more damage and a chance for knockdown.

Basically I duped the sawed-off shotgun, changed it to consume 2 ammo per shot, fire 18 pellets, and added a critical effect for knockdown. It seems the critical chance applies to each pellet, so I had to keep the critical % low.

At issue:
1) this weapon decays rather quickly; perhaps the health needs to be higher or the gun self-damage lower
2) once the knockdown occurs, the target seems very vulnerable to subsequent critical hits; this ends up keeping the target on the ground - I'm not sure how to fix this
3) the knockdown affects behemoths, making it overpowered against them - I'm not sure how to fix that either
4) the knockdown effect can really rag-doll the target; I lowered the push amount (from 5 on the liberty rifle to 1 on this weapon), but havoc seems to think even a push of 1 is a lot; expect some targets to go flying

* no longer modifies workbench code; however, weapons are only accessible via command line
* adds both-barrel versions of The Kneecapper and Clover's Shotgun
* upped weapon health
* set critical (knock-back) chance to 1% (this is per pellet, so really it is about 1 in 6.

BothBarrelsNoKnockdown.esp:
* same as BothBarrelsNoBench.esp, except weapons do not have the (ragdoll) knock-back effect
