Well as long as the unzipped file is in the Data folder (with the Fallout 3 master data file) and you have checked it in the 'Data Files' section of the Fallout 3 launcher main menu, then it should work. You need to activate it before starting the game. If you have already done this then I'm not sure what could be wrong.
I can't seem to get this (or many other custom buildings) to show up. I dropped the file into Data, but it still isn't showing up? I really like the look of this one and really wanna use it, any advice?

I also agree with the folk below - a small room with storage, bed, fridge, jukebox/radio would do it.
A unique mod too - there's no other mod that adds this without changing the whole of Riley's Rangers with it.
Can we get a key for this as a result of you saving the group @ the hotel?
