to get them you have to first download the Commonwealth of Modders, then get the Japanese blades addon for that. Then go to rivit city, go down to the river near the entrace and theres a red speed boat which will teleport you to an island with a submarine, on/in the sub is a guy named Captain Red Carp who sells them.
If you dont already have those two mods then after you download them re-install this one otherwise it wont work.

I am wearing a slightly modded merc duster from the merc dusters mod, specificly the black decorated one. I am also wearing military gloves from the glove mod and some shades.
The length of that blade is closer to a Katana than a Wakizashi.
