    Thank god for this. I fucking hate mouse acceleration, anywhere on computers. I can't use it.

    In case anyone's wondering, these are the default values for these settings:

    fForegroundMouseAccelBase=0.2000
    fForegroundMouseAccelTop=50.0000
    fForegroundMouseBase=0.2000
    fForegroundMouseMult=4.0000

    The first two control acceleration, while the last two control mouse sensitivity. The relation between them and fMouseSensitivity located in SkyrimPrefs.ini is something I haven't figured out yet, but fMouseSensitivity is the setting controlled by the in-game menu.

      Thank you so much for this, I enjoyed the default mouse sensitivity in the menu!

      It's either Documents/My Games/fallout3/Fallout.ini
      or
      C:/Program files(x86)/Steam/Steamapps/Common/Fallout3/Fallout_default

      Place them under the "bBackground Keyboard=1" in the [CONTROLS]

      *IF* it doesen't let you edit either of those files: Right click on the fallout.ini file and go to Prospereties.
      There you see on the General section "Read Only" remove the checkmark.

      I recommend you place it on both

    First it wasn't working for me when i placed the lines in the Fallout.ini.
    Then i placed the lines in the FalloutPrefs.ini in the [Controls] section.
    Now it's working when i run around in the game. But its still not working in the menue.
    That's not a problem. The most important reason to fix it, was to stop turning around completely, on aiming or walking.
    It's working now! Thanks!

    Btw. i also use FOSE. Probably that's the reason why i had to put the lines in the FalloutPrefs.ini.

    This only work ingame.
    While playing in menus, the mouse acceleration is still there.
    I've noticed that using FOSE, i get this lags, but using the vanilla fallout 3 doesn't have mouse acceleration

    any idea?

    Well look at that, Fallout 3 PC is now playable to an extent.

    Purdy!

    Did just what I wanted. =D Now pipboy and conversations are much more userfriendly. If only it helped with vats too. Unless I'm having some bug with this which makes this fix disappear sometimes?

    i've added this to my fallout.ini and it still goes like a crazy, however it's a little bit less. if i go very slowly without this in my .ini, it jumps halfway across the screen. with this, it jumps like 1/8 of the screen every time i move it.
