@crazyjackel: The Ahzrukhal-Charon Conversation isn't scripted correctly in vanilla Fallout. Ahzrukhal's dialogue line will be skipped and the possibility of Charon getting stuck is present. (Try informing Charon about you being the new employer while Ahzrukhal is asleep.) If Charon remains on his position while Ahzrukhal is spleeping, you're playing with a bugged script. (He was intended to stand beside Ahzrukhal's bed.) Without any further information, I cannot explain why you were able to see Ahzrukhal's response (assuming you've been playing vanilla Fallout).
Hmmm, is this meant to be a consistent problem that happens for every user or one that randomly occurs based on chance - I ask because I didn't need a fix, Ahzrukhal asked, "Have you come to say goodbye" before Charon proceeded to blow his head off.
