   After using both versions for 5-10 hours, I liked them instantly. It was good to replace Parkerized mod after almost 50 hours for which I used only this retexture.
   As a little detail, I also prefer this "blue-ish" background screen rather than another black format. 
   There are enough details in this retexture and, after all that time, I think I prefer silver version more than "dark".
   So, good work and endorsement from me.

   Very good, detailed conversion. The only hitch I could mention is that the glove stays the same, but whatever. Good show, and kudos.

   Navigate to your My Documents/My Games/Fallout3 folder
   
   Open Fallout.ini (configuration settings)
   
   Use control+F and search for Pipboy
   
   Locate this line
   
   fPipboy1stPersonFOV=
   
   and change the default value to
   
   fPipboy1stPersonFOV=60.0

   to CoolCalmJames,
   
   try hitting F1 twice, no matter what I use to assign a key to the pipboy the exit always seems to be F1 !!!
