I also use Wasteland Travellers mod, so - when I installed this one and went to Big Town to check if it works, I've found 2 additional guards... and 7 wanderers in town already (even some mercs with Miniguns :>! This town will stand against anything now. :-)
My char lives in Big Town and even with the help of companions it is hard work to protect the villagers from harm due to the repeating attacks every time I fast travel to Big Town. Home is really not such a safe place here but this mod helps a lot. Since I have already lost Dusty and Pappy, I prefer human guards anyway to fill the gap (instead of turrets) - and since I know from the last comment of the author that they are killable on purpose, I give a full ten. (In fact I would rather have them essential because I really want Big Town to be protected.)
Thanks for helping the Big Town people to survive - a little bit longer!
