Cool idea, but i think it calls for too much in terms of resources, i would make it one sensor module, one fission battery, and 3 frag mines since nukes use heat explosives instead of plasma and pulse, that seems a little unrealistic.
Nice! Needs a little too much stuff though, not like MiniNukes are useful for anything but blowing up crap anyway.
