Great mod, but it seems to work differently than you described (atleast for me). I seem to sell items for roughly the same price as before but the vendors seem to sell at pretty inflated rates so it balances out. I'm using the 75% version btw.
thankyou ive been scouring nexus and google for mods like this for weeks. the wasteland richness of my characters has always bugged me since fallout 1 and this mod is 1 step closer to fixing my only complaint with the series. thankyou this is very appreciated.
Really good mod. I checked the values you changed. You should post it in the description and maybe take a before and after picture while on the barter menu with an npc to show the changes in buy and sell.
