Edit: I just saw the first ESP's picture again. Why the heck would you make the box be not only unpickable, but also locked by key!?! Just disable NPC scripts and set the owner as player, if you're so worried that some stray NPC will loot the box in the middle of pretty much nowhere. Now I'm convinced that this modder might be a genuine griefer...
I added a GECK preview of the rock, to further benefit all you people reading this who was as confused as I was.
p.s. To mod author:
If I was looking to run around to really, really, really far locations that are very, very...that tries to be as vague as possible, then I'd be playing New Vegas instead. There is no such thing as Tunnel Runner and Light Touch for FO3, so please keep that in mind in the future. And maybe not name the 2nd esp as "esp 2", but as "maximum compatibility/no conflict esp" instead, b/c that's the only reason why I would have put a container there. ESP 2 implies that the first ESP is outdated when it's not.
Wow. This was hard to find. The image was no help because 1) there was no box and (2) the landmarks were not the same as in uploaders pictures. Thankfully another user posted a USEFUL picture showing the actual location on the map. Even then I struggle to find the one rock out of the many that was hollowed out. If you are having problems look at the map image uploaded by someone else.
Oh, it's far worse than that, I'm afraid. I went there at night, killed all the annoying molerats and STILL couldn't find that damn container. I was in the right location too, because the molerats were there. It's better to download the first esp and avoid the cancerous second esp.
Since I was quicksaving constantly too (was testing other mods), I had some progress saved up. Now I'll have to start all over again from Vault 101 after putting the rock somewhere better.
interesting mod... but look like i can't see where is the box... please fix this bug soon... i were there (the place in the picture) saw nothing but the rocks and molerats

You're right, it's is the rock not the box. btw, i uploaded a good quality picture for anybody got a question like me...
