UPDATE: My initial reaction to this mod was that it seemed just what was needed for Big Town's modest down-at-heel situation, but I de-endorsed it. Unfortunately I've discovered it completely messes up the water out front of Big Town. If you look carefully you can even see a bit of the problem in what is currently the first image. See that straight line down the right side of the pool? It shouldn't be like that. It's like the water just ends in mid air. And go over to the far side of the road and there's more water problems - that missing moat water has been moved to here, above the drain and extending out 6ft or so then ending in another sharp line floating in mid air. How the modder didn't see this complete and utter screw-up is beyond me. Very de-endorsed.
was never a bit fan of mods that gave big town an apt... i mean wth? u just get to town and there's a perfectly tidy house waiting for you? i mean who takes care of said house? and why are there no NPCs in said house? And why is that house so much more better than the other NPC houses?
anyways great mod, very modest indeed. the Nuka-cola machine makes sense to store perishable foods in, but i personally would have made it a beat up fridge. But thats just me.
Looks nice and I applaud your sense of realism is choosing a more modest dwelling. However one thing isn't clear from the pics. Which side of the bridge is it on? Is it within the barricades or is it on the ouside and thus open to all manner of nasties?
THIS IS WHAT WE TALK ABOUT!!! How there could be mansions in perfect condiction after 200 years and atomic war? just asking... There should only be small camps so it would be more realistic or if the mansions did have uber hyper atomic bomb shield and i think there is not even such a technology in fallout 3 only vaults have that good technology so this is what i call realistic!!!

@Izimiger, I'm a Nuka Cola addict. I just couldn't live without collecting those things and having a nice pristine place to store them. ">
Everyone is more than welcomed to replace/remove the Nuka Cola mechine to fit their taste ">
