I like this concept very much. Many of the other characters in the game have barely more than a 10x10 foot shack with a broken mattress, so it's ridiculous in many cases for a single character (you) to have a massive mansion above ground, at least intact and well-appointed with chandeliers and curtains and such.
Take heed, modders! If you must give us mansions, bust up some hallways and fill in balconies with rubble. Make these "mansions" look like they went through a war.
All in all, simple, gives the player what they need, nothing more. Great job, faken1337!
