- Added a couple of regulator faction weapons (vanilla models)
- Repacked file as an archive to decrease file size and for easier installation and future updates.
- Did some general housekeeping to the plugin file for compatibility (also made 2 new compatibility patches).
- Increased frequency of ammunition for the Grenade Launcher, so you can actually use it more.
- Tweaked the Repair lists a little bit to reflect the new items and to increase other mod compatibility.
- Made file into a Master for my Punisher and Jigsaw Mysterious Stranger and RR Companion Mods
- Separated the Mysterious Stranger Mods and made them independent files.
- Tweaked a few of the textures.
- Added a couple of new armors and modified a couple of others and the LVL lists that make the Regulators wear them

- Made an optional file for just the Races and no other changes. This file is to be used in lieu of the Main file. The main file includes all the races, so this is for people who don't want anything but the Facepaint.

Good or Evil Characters can find most of the equipment outside Regulator HQ...Evil Characters will encounter Regulators, and you can loot their gear...obviously if you're good you won't see the Regulators, so why not be a Lawbringer and receive all the better gear easier...like the Punisher's Custom Colt and Custom M79 or the Custom Punisher Armor and Punisher Power Armor...There is a Grab-Bag Box that respawns outside of Regulator HQ and there is a chance of every comic, armor and the weapons spawning in the crate...but the good stuff is rare since this mod is primarily for the Lawbringers...
