I was able to install - think some comments below were folks using mod managers. But these are simple texture replacers, you just put them in your data folder. I only used the headhuman (and matching headhuman normal) file, tweaking its hue slightly less red to better match visible skin on vanilla outfits with visible cleavage, like the outfit Nova in Megaton wears. I'm not saying the rest of this texture set isn't good, I just used what I wanted. Not sure if I'm keeping, not sure if they're my taste (let alone yours!), but they seem a bit better than vanilla.
Folks, if you use a mod manager - learn how to mod manually - it's often easier. And even where it sometimes isn't, it at least helps you understand game folders and what managers do, so you're equipped to solve ultra basic issues like the one stumping so many of you. For FO3/FNV I'm using a mixed approach, manual install and FOMM activation. But for most games (even newer ones like FO4), I'm fully manual.
I can't install it with NMM neither manually(I already activated the archive invalidation) It says a problem occurred during install I can't find out what is making this error. someone knows what it may be? (sorry any english error, google translate)
So...I don't know why a texture replacer causes issues for people, but all of my characters now have freakishly gigantic hands when viewed in third person. Um. What? Ever since I installed this, it's pretty much had a random effect everytime I load up the game. I don't get why. It's not messing with the meshes. But the main thing has been the arms. Like, the hands are either freakishly big, or one of the arms is noticeably smaller than the other.
There were some people that posted asking if this would conflict with Josef Grey's mod. I would like an answer to that question as well please, since it doesn't seem to have been answered yet

Probably, but it seems to be clean!
