I'm just now getting around to playing this game and wanted to use your mod. The biggest thing on my mind at thins point is that you have as part of the installation instructions: "1. extract the texture folder in ur fallout3\data folder (overwrite)". By default, that folder is named "textures" (plural), so when I extract the archive into the Data folder, I now have TWO folders: "texture" and "textures". Since these programs are very literally specific, I think this needs to be addressed. BTW... The installation instructions are contained in the file "readme or dont if u are smart enough.txt".
While in-game, walk-up to the container, pause the game and use your mouse to left-click on the container - now open the console by pressing the tilde key (~) and type: "unlock" (without the quote marks) and press ENTER, ...press Tilde again to close the console and return to your game, ...you can now open the box and get the "Ranger Stealth Armor" without hassles.
Only thing that would, could make it near perfect is a retex for the arms and face. Cover them up. Stealth is no good with those pastty white arms and face. Something closer to the Winterized combat armor. If possible a ranger variant of that would be nice. Other then that, its realy good.
Adding critical chance while sneaking is pretty niche, since making a hit while undetected is an automatic crit. If you have it linked to sneaking rather than being detected, it basically makes crouching a crit increaser, which is a bit odd. If it's linked to being undetected, it just doesn't work at all. Change it to increase crit damage while undetected, that'd be a good one.

Why would you do that?
anyway you should write if you need or not operation anchorage in the description.
Anyway, I'll still download it and have some fun.
