So, in weird honor of Extreme Relevancy, since it released ten years ago on May 8th, I present you:
A VATS sound mod from Jerma's Extreme Relevancy itself!
All goes to Jerma985 for the sound clips I used. All I did was create the mod.
HOW TO INSTALL
MANUALLY:
Go to Fallout 3 goty -> Data and place in the files after Data.
MOD ORGANIZER 2:
Go to "Install a new mod from an archive" and click on the .zip file. After that, it should work.
Now go and activate the VATS System!
(and don't worry, it's just two .wav files. Nothing harmful.
