Providing the resolution in your description would be useful.
I took a look at a couple of the textures, and it looks like you are blanket making everything 4k, including normal maps. This is useful as a resource, but not so much for actual play. Normal maps do not typically need to be the same resolution, and what while 4k is useful (if harder on the engine) for large landscape textures, for things like light fixtures it is very wasteful. I’d suggest 4k to 2k for Architecture/landscape, with half sized normals, and for smaller clutter you may want to drop it to 1k.
