   Does this alter the Power Armor at all? I try to hover over the Tribal power armor and it crashes my game.

      Hiya, I just double-checked for you in xEdit; this mod makes no changes to the Tribal Power Armor (or any armor at all), so I don't think that's caused by this mod.
