    Is that chinese stealth suit from the base game? or is it from another mod?

      base game, can be accessed through Operation Anchorage, though the playable version makes you invisible when crouching, one I'm using in pics is used in the dlc itself by enemies

      RH I doubt it, istewie should though considering the NV model would have a sightingnode
