Superb mod, I use this in conjunction with Weapon Accuracy mod and DK's bullet time, so I can ignore VATS completely with all weapons. No more 'hit box drift' at range and you have to actually lead moving targets now.
Great mod. I can snipe from extremely long distances now with my Victory Rifle.. I read that it doesn't work well with Gauss rifle, but I have not tried it yet..
You may also want Artorps Zooming Scoped Weapons mod for the extra zoom capability on the scope.
Works perfectly for me, The Sniper rifle is my characters weapon of choice and tries to avoid close combat as much as possible, with this there is no more aiming at the chest for headshots.

I've been using it with the AS50 and M14 sniper rifle mods and it works perfectly.
At last I'm able to snipe accurately with sniper rifles without using VATS.

Cool - now I can now aim my gauss rifle
