**This mod was made for a personal playthrough and uploaded here for some friends to also use. Contains a lot of in-jokes. If you don't already know what it's about, then it's probably not for you.
Contains the following changes:
Various story-important NPCs (including Dad, Dr Li, and Elder Lyons) are renamed and given appearance changes
Such NPCs also have minor dialogue tweaks and edited voice lines
Adds a handful of new weapons and armors and places them in the game world
Adds three new companions in Megaton
Retextures the loading screens, main menu, and intro cinematic
Various minor QOL tweaks
All assets in this mod are either created by myself or are fair use.
