Northern Greenery Biome
This will not replace your tree/flora overhauls. It acts independently in the upper 3rd of the world and leaves most wasteland untouched.

Description
Originally made for TTW, this mod is more ambitious and extensive than anything FO3 has had in years regarding the wasteland. With the idea that Oasis has a larger affect on the neighbouring areas, the top 3rd of the map has been changed into a green biome that is distinct from the rest of the wasteland. It has new trees, grass, plants, flowers, and terrain types. It makes this section of the wasteland seem new again.
- The mod overhauls the top 1/3 section of the wasteland only, as seen in the image below.
- It leaves the other 2/3 of the wasteland untouched, so whatever tree/flora mod you use, or if you play unmodded, the trees, grass, etc will be as they were before.
- Safe to install or uninstall mid-playthrough
- This mod should not cause any compatibility issues.
This mod has two requirements, the original mod and the converted esp. See requirements

This video was made without 3 of the tree lod. So only 1/4 of the main tree lod is visible. LOD has been found and is in the requirements section
Requirements
- Original mod: TTW Northern Greenery
- Converted ESP: Can be found in Reservoir of Mods downloads section HERE
- Wasted Pines From NV Nexus, but works in FO3. Needed for some trees and lod
Installation
- Install the assets from this mod page
- Install the original mod
- Overwrite the original mod with the converted ESP
- Install Wasted Pines and let it overwrite everything
- Regenerate lod if you use xLODGEN or FO3LODGEN.
