In case you want to do the same, open the GECK and modify the "quest delay" parameter for the "CK" quest. I changed it from 0.01 to 1: Meaning I now have to keep the button pressed for 1 second before it brings up the console, but also meaning that this convenient mod is not needlessly running every frame.
This really helped me! I wasn't able to use console on my laptop before (didn't want to disable the IR receiver) - and now it works like a charm endorsed!
i guess this didn't help me one bit.. i want to MOVE the console toggle away from tilda, because i can't type " on my current keyboard... is there any way i can find a way to change this? or can you modify the mod so it, not only remaps the console toggle key, but also removes the old one?
please please do this for fallout new vegas. . .i think all the players of the game in europe cant use the console unless there is the console key binder mod cuz the keyboards are different! So please dot it for New Vegas!
