2023 review for new and returning players: First of all, I should mention that I used ver. 2 (with borders off), and to get in this mansion you'll need to go on the big highway to overcome fences and gates. It's just on the right side near the mansion. That's what Soulbringer1 asked about, I think. As for main content, oh boy, that was intense. non-stop action and hundreds of ghouls (and some other "enemies") for 20-25 minutes. Navmesh is pretty good, so don't hesitate to bring your companion-friends with you, you'll need their help. Also prepare the best gear and stimpacks, the mod is clearly "balanced" for high level players. Nice arena type mod with some additional background story behind all of this "mess". Mansion and vault looked a bit empty, not enough details, but maybe it was an original intention to only provide "arena combat", not another exploration type interiors. Other technical aspects: by looking through Geck, this mod has some unnecessary edits to vanilla places, but nothing too game breaking or problematic for your playthrough. And it's really amazing, considering when this project was made. And, of course, little warning for potential players with low-end PC setup - Ghoul Mansion can be a bit difficult to complete because you need to expect around 20-25 ghouls minimum in every new interior. So, should you try this mod in 2023? Yes, don't expect interiors design and well-crafted spaces on the same level as, for example, arenas and dungeons in AWOP or Chaotic Sun, but it is a great additional content to test your guns and earn a lot of EXP. Endorsement from me.
I have the separate world space version, meaning that I don't have to turn off border collision, but I for the life of me can't find the stupid pipe to access the mod world space. I've scoured every single rock formation north of Old Olney and Vault 92 and found nothing. If someone could a upload a picture of pipe and the surrounding rocks or a a picture of it's location in game on the Pip-Boy, that would be swell.

You need to disable the border by either searching for "border" on the nexus or alter the .ini file (Not recommended.)
