I can, however i would rather recommend to change the intensity of the moon in the ENB settings instead since reducing it from a texture pov is worse quality wise. But i can do it! What would work for you? 33% less bright?
I have changed the intensity via my ENB settings, but at certain points the moon loses all quality. I can change them manually when they do, but when It's still daytime, It's insanely bright for some reason. (Loss of complete quality, just looks like a white sun.)

On a side note, could you come out with a patch for FTO - Moons when using ENB's such as Midhrastic? (That's the one I'm using.)
It's insanely bright and you can't enjoy the textures properly.
