Neat idea, thanks for sharing. Request you consider some tweak suggestions in any future update. Firstly, note Andale and Paradise are both run by cannibals. Of course Andale might well have just a few at least for show (and it'd make the place look more viable after completing the quest there), but Paradise are raiders who would never dirty their hands farming, not even for meat - they raid, they take, for their needs.

Secondly, suggest moving Megaton fruit - mostly to the far side of the Brass Lantern (and maybe a token couple to the side of Craterside Supplies). This is because a few mods make use of that space next to Moriarty's and he doesn't sell food anyway. Thirdly suggest moving Canterbury's fruit to behind (and maybe one or two along the side of) the diner there.

Finally, could opening the blockage at east end of Canterbury cause, iirc, nearby radscorpion late-game spawns to wander in from that end?

Hey thanks for checking it out.

Yeah I know they are cannibals. I thought I would vary their diet a bit, a cannibal doesn't have to be a strict carnivore. I know it's their story they pick off travellers, but that seems too limited to be their soul food, especially after 200 years.

As for Paradise Falls, I figured they either get the slaves to do the farm work and sell off what is grown or they make the slaves grow their own food. Since it's a place the caravans often visit, I thought maybe fruit could be another thing they sell to them.

I suppose, I could revert both of these locations to have no farms, and make two separate versions of the mod. One where they do, and one where they don't. Because I do like having the farms there.

As for Megaton, I did put ownership of some of the fruit to Brass Lantern and Craterside, they don't all belong to Moriarty. I could move them, but that place is tight for room, it's no wonder other mods put things in that spot too. It's a very cramped place. I'll see about moving their farms around.

It does? I see, well I could easily block it up again if that's the case.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll think on it.

So I have taken on board your suggestions and rearranged Megaton. Craterside and Brass Lantern have their own farms on their properties and the space next to Moriarty's is back to normal. I have also put Andale and Paradise Falls back to normal, but I have also split the mod into two versions where these locations have the farm, and one where they don't.

Canterbury has the road block put back in.

Hey that's very quick and kind of you, and worthy of a kudos - your first of many I'm sure! And yes, that's a very fair point on Paradise making slaves do the farming. Btw, Jakes Survival Shop is a good example of a mod using that space in Megaton - and in itself it's a decent enough little mod (especially for buying a backpack). And iirc some Megaton makeovers adopt the space too (but it's been a couple of years since I trawled through and tried them all).

Nice mod adding lots of immersion...
I wish there was no dlc version or punga fruits version from point lookout.

You could still try and see if it works. All I have done so far is edit the main game world. It's just a matter of broken steel really I'm unsure of. I just put the DLC as a possibility rather than a for sure thing as most players would play with them anyway.
