I've been torn between this mod and All Weapon Sounds Overhaul Modern Edition - A.W.S.O.M.E. I also use fallout 3 weapons animation and sound overall but only the weapons animation and reload sound effects, would your mod be compatible with it since it alters reload sounds.
Gunshots will probably work, perhaps. But reloading and jams would probably not since the file structure is most likely cut up and not using the actual vanilla files.
