    hey im having issues with the mod when i go to the regulators hq the sewer entrance isnt there or the person with the red coat


    EDIT: nevermind i fixed it by reinstalling it

    this looks pretty neat. my only gripe is replacing Mysterious Stranger instead of making a separate one for the redcoat version.

      I changed the Mysterious Stranger into a TIme Traveler with appropriate garb. She has the red coat, and the platinum stealth armor helmet. That would be this version, 3.1
