Dunno if this is a bug, but when I have the winterized armor equipped and I go over the weight limit of the un-equiped amount (so 260 without the strength buff and 280 with the buff) it says I'm overencumbered and prevents fast travel. I can still run at a normal pace, I just can't fast travel.
That's weird, never ran into this myself and considering you're the only one to mention this it would seem like an issue or conflict on your end. The only thing it edits is the enchantment effect for T-51b power armor so check to see if you have anything else modifying power armor effects, even then any other mod editing the same file would simply overwrite this and the strength increase wouldn't show up to begin with, so honestly I have no idea what the issue could be but I hope you get it fixed. I would try first checking if you have any other mod that modifies power armor stats and then taking off the armor and making a save, then uninstall this mod and load up your save without it and make a new save, then reinstall load up your save and put the armor back on, if that doesn't fix it then I don't know what would.
I always was pissed that Bethesda made the T-51b, a STAPLE ARMOR OF FALLOUT, a unique item and gave us the T-45b instead. like... why is the T-51b the series' power armor except in Fallout 3? if DC is such an important place, why do they get the oldest, most outdated equipment in Fallout lore?
