I started to use level cap mod(Level Cap Workaround, Level 100 Cap etc.) to play over level 30, but it seems to be much overpowered with getting more skill points and perks endlessly.
In this case, i felt like my previous actions, such as searching for skill books to become stronger, had become meaningless.
So i was looking for mod that stop getting skill points and perks after over 30 level.
Only no more skill points mod existed, but in case of no more perk was not. So i made it.
This mod just add the perk with no effect that you can skip your perk when level up.
I hope this mod helps if there are people who have the same thoughts as me.
