    Just so you know, I'm pretty sure from looking at the wiki that Laser Commander should add to the critical hit chance not multiply it.

    Any chance you could implement the Plasma Spaz perk from New Vegas? If you can, then could you also add into Plasma Spaz the ability to shoot plasma weapons 20% faster just like what the JSawyer mod does?

      I see, thanks for the answer!!

      Is it as simple as modding NV? Funnily enough, that's  the only experience I have modding Fallout (adding a weapon to corresponding perks using scripts).

      Also Fight the Power increases the crit damage against said factions instead of chance.

    Are cut content weapons like wanda or Lawdog affected by The new perks?

      As much as I want to add it, I couldn't figure out a way to recreate it in FO3. FNV's GECK has options availible for Perks that just don't exist in FO3's GECK.

      I understand the feeling... but i think some people don't like TTW. So this'd be more suited for them. Me personally i'm thinking on doing a new playthrough without TTW. I know is far less stable, but it feels nice sometimes.

    if you have fight the power you should also add sneering imperialist (damage bonus against raiders and other raider type factions)
