Yeah, I don't know how to fix that, since this is from a New Vegas mod that I ported to F3. Sorry that I couldn't be of any help.

I cannot for the life of me get the Pip-Boy FOV to change. I've set it to 55, 60, and 80, and it hasn't moved a bit. Does anyone know how what could be wrong?

Edit the Fallout.ini in "My Documents" >> My Games >> Fallout 3 and that is where you find Fallout.ini config. Open it using Notepad and find fPipboy1stPersonFOV.

Are you supposed to enter fPipboy1stPersjavascript-event-stripper47 into Fallout.ini.

Should you put it over or under fPipboy1stPersonFOV

Why do you type crtl+f? Why not just use the keys, at least that is what I do.

Nice porting, pal. Looks like I'm getting my Fallout 3 GOTY from GOG done and dusted.
