It has some minor lore additions to help flesh out pre-war Point Lookout and it's inhabitants. Nothing major, but it lays some groundwork for the next couple of mods in the series.
Probably not, given the presence of the motel just up the street, which provides safe player housing. The next mod I have planned will feature a dedicated player base to find, however.
